CoolAir will Endeavour to respond to a breakdown the same day and generally within 24 hours of your call. Our call out and labour charges are reasonable and if you have a maintenance agreement with CoolAir, there is no call out fee.

As the virgin refrigerant R22 will no longer be available from the 1st January 2010, we will always give you as many options possible should your old system require parts. No one likes to spend money unnecessarily and with R22 components becoming more expensive and less available, it may be time to replace that old unit for a more cost effective, environmentally system.
